Study On Landless Rural Youth Employment Policy

Vietnam is trying hard to achieve the country’s industrialization, modernization and urbanization. Many industrial zones, cities is formating and developing, needing to collect a large number of agricultural land, resulting in a large number of farmers lose their source of life, and they need to change their career, most of them are young workforce. Thai Nguyen province is an important provinces in the north of Vietnam, whose geographical position is superior, with the rich natural resources and sufficient labor, being the key area of Vietnam for industrialization, modernization and urbanization. Thai Nguyen province expropriation of land services a large number of agricultural industrialization, modernization and urbanization, resulting in a large number of farmers lost farmland, properly solve the employment problem, especially the loss of agricultural land of the youth employment problem to be solved. In rural Vietnam Thai Nguyen province lost youth employment policy as the research object, through the methods of literature, field investigation, comparative analysis and other research methods, first landless rural youth employment problems in the industrialization process of system in this paper, the theoretical basis, Vietnam Thai Nguyen province is analyzed on the present situation and the policy of the rural youth employment in the process of urbanization, then evaluate Thai Nguyen province to solve in the process of industrialization and modernization of rural youth employment losses effect, analysis the existing problems and reasons, and summarizes the domestic and foreign land expropriation areas of rural youth employment experience, finally puts forward to solve the problem of Thai Nguyen province territory rural youth employment rationalization Suggestions, in order to solve the land expropriation for Thai Nguyen province rural youth employment problems to provide the reference.
