Since the beginning of this century, with the continuous development of social economy, the status of talents in the enterprise development process continue to highlight the especially to enhance the overall competitiveness of the enterprise is playing a more and more important role. The talent competition becomes the key to the business enterprise competition. At present, many business enterprises will be depending on the human resources management as an important development strategy. Employee satisfaction in a large extent directly determines the enterprise staffs work enthusiasm and the creativity, the work efficiency has a direct impact, and thus will have a key influence on the enterprise’s survival and development, which in a large extent directly determines the enterprise in the market competition Status.This paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire, literature study method of W company employee satisfaction status of analysis and research, first of all, on the analysis of related theory, pointed out the main object of this dissertation; then, to the domestic and foreign about employee satisfaction research are reviewed, establish realistic foundation for the research of this paper; after to the domestic and foreign large-scale commercial enterprises in employee satisfaction achieved results analysis, summarized the main experience and inspiration. Through the analysis and research of the questionnaire, the W company employee satisfaction exist problems are pointed out, studies have found, W company employee satisfaction reason lower, the original Because in many aspects, so, based on this, this paper from multiple levels of put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, to in ascension W company employee satisfaction and promote the long-term development of the W company’s health, enhance the company’s overall competitiveness.
