| With the acceleration of China’s industrialization,the rapid increase of the aging of the population and the number of working-age population decline year by year,the contradiction between labor supply and demand in enterprises has become more prominent.Property enterprises are typical labor-intensive enterprises,and the difficulties in recruiting,retaining and employing are more obvious in the process of employment,which puts forward higher requirements for the improvement of human resource management ability of property enterprises,such as meeting employment demand,improving work efficiency and reducing labor cost.Although Hangzhou Metro Property Company(hereinafter referred to as the property company)has preliminarily established the enterprise human resource management system,there are still some problems such as incomplete human resource management system,imperfect performance appraisal system and unclear employment mechanism.The problems of high employee turnover rate,low work enthusiasm,low work efficiency and low service initiative are urgent problems to be solved to improve the human resource management level of enterprises.Improving employees’ job satisfaction is an important aspect to solve the problems of employees’ work enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,and then improve the level of human resource management.This paper takes the improvement of job satisfaction of employees in Hangzhou Metro Property Company as the research objective.First of all,this paper analyzes the relevant literature at home and abroad on employee job satisfaction,and studies the basic concepts and main theoretical contents that influence the improvement of employee job satisfaction.Secondly,based on the analysis of the current situation of human resource management in real estate companies,the author conducted interviews on the current situation of employees’ job satisfaction.By referring to and using the Minnesota Satisfaction Scale,the author constructed a job satisfaction scale for employees in real estate companies,and analyzed the factors affecting employees’ job satisfaction through questionnaire survey.Then SPSS25.0 statistical software was used to conduct principal component analysis and regression analysis on the scale data results,and the main factors affecting the job satisfaction of employees in Hangzhou Metro Property Company were obtained.Finally,with the goal of improving the jobsatisfaction of the employees of the property management company,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions,such as perfecting the enterprise human resource management system,improving the enterprise employment mechanism,improving the performance appraisal quality,and strengthening the construction of the company system.It is hoped that this study can provide relevant reference for hangzhou Metro Property Management Company to improve employee job satisfaction and human resource management level.At the same time,it is hoped that the research process and main conclusions of this paper can provide some reference for similar enterprises to strengthen employee satisfaction management and improve human resource management ability. |
