With the development of economic globalization, more and more companies have started to rely on their own technological innovation and competitive advantage to maintain a place in the highly competitive market for fast growing enterprises and sustainable development. In this environment, research in technological innovation, competitive advantage and enterprise growth become the focus of scholars and managers were concerned. Innovation is a process of new thinking to get new products and technological innovation as a form of innovation, technology improved by new products into the market so that earn enterprises profit,development and growth. And rely on unique competitive advantage, enterprises in the industrial competition will be ahead of the competition,encourage enterprises to grow rapidly. The purpose of this is to hope that through research the relationship between technological innovation and business growth and help enterprises to improve the distribution ratio of the technological innovation in the limited resources,enhance independent innovation capability of enterprises to improve their competitiveness,access to firm-specific competitive advantages create more economic profit, and finally to get a good enterprise development and rapid growth.The main contents of this paper are: The first chapter is the preface, by introduce the current technological innovation, business growth and competitive advantage background description of proposed research option of this paper describes the significance of this study,and research institutions to use content frame methods. The second chapter is consist of literature review, previous scholars combing through the underlying technology innovation,enterprise growth and competitive advantage research, defines the concept, analyzes the relationship between each two for laying the theoretical basis for building the model.Chapters III and IV is the most important part of this article, that is to build and Empirical Analysis Model. The author based on the results of the literature review, the study constructed model, the hypothesis, this study was designed for scale, access to specific data through questionnaires ways. Since this questionnaire is highly targeted, so it will most questionnaires by management consulting agency for specific populations Tianjin high-tech fields of random distribution, the questionnaire response rate was 66% for post data analysis to play down a good foundation. As used statistical analysis software SPSS19,first designed the scale reliability analysis and factor analysis to ensure the reliability and validity of the questionnaire variables, the principal components factor analysis when the analysis of the three scales were extracted the common factor. Followed by a correlation analysis determined significant positive effect indicators. Finally, regression analysisexamines the role and the degree of linear relationship between indicators, and by the addition of mediating variables verify the competitive edge in technology innovation for enterprise growth in the intermediary role. The fifth chapter is the conclusion,mainly based on the results of the regression analysis before validation of hypotheses have been proposed,concluded, and the corresponding enterprise management recommendations, reflect on their own lack of research for future research in some direction.This paper is to study the relationship between technological innovation and enterprise growth, and is expected to explore the role of intermediary in technological innovation on enterprise growth in a competitive advantage. Most previous studies to study factors of enterprise growth from the overall level of technological innovation, this article from the relationship between innovation investment and innovation output two angles of technological innovation and enterprise development, joined the mediating variables competitive edge research to prove technological innovation for enterprise growth has a positive direct and indirect effects. Meanwhile appropriate use of limited resources to effectively improve the innovation capacity of enterprises to maintain a competitive advantage, thereby accelerating enterprise growth with the theoretical support.
