With the development of China's open economy,China's manufacturing and trade scale have achieved rapid expansion.In 2010,China's total manufacturing output value reached 1.955 trillion US dollars,accounting for 19.8% of the world's total manufacturing output,surpassing the United States to become the world's largest manufacturing.In 2017,China's industrial manufacturing output reached 24.27 trillion,maintaining its position as the world's number one manufacturing power.However,the development of China's manufacturing pays more attention to the overall expansion of the output quantity and scale,lacking innovation and inefficiency.At the same time,there are more and more standard barriers in safe consumption,green consumption and other aspects from developed countries such as the United States,Europe and Japan.Therefore,improving the level of technological innovation,accelerating the standardization process,promoting the coordinated development of technological innovation and standardization are important guarantees for the transformation of the competitive advantage of “Made in China”.This paper outlines the basis of synergy between the two,combs the paths of technological innovation and standardization affecting competitive advantage,and based on Porter's "Diamond Model" analysis framework,from the interaction of advanced elements and the dual cohesion effect of related industries.The mechanism of the synergy on competitive advantage is elaborated in terms of the expansion effect of effective demand and the accelerated change effect of market competition structure.Based on the input and output index evaluation system and collaborative evaluation model of technological innovation and standardization in 2004-2016,the results show that the synergy between China's manufacturing and the seven subdivided are gradually increasing,and both have changed from an imbalanced state to a coordinated state.At the same time,Based on the diamond model,the evaluation index system of competitive advantage is constructed and measured by the TOPSIS method of entropy weight.The competitive advantage of China's manufacturing presents a spiral upward characteristic of "rising-falling-rising again" in 2004-2016.The competitive advantage index of seven kinds of subdivision manufacturing shows a growth trend and has entered a good stage.In the analysis of the driving effect between technological innovation and standardization on the competitive advantage of “Made in China”,after introducing three explanatory variables,namely,synergy between technological innovation and standardization,external boost effect,international economic and trade environment,research on measurement of the factor efficiency promotion effect,demand expansion effect,industry correlation effect and market structure change effect shows that the synergy between the two has a significant positive effect on the driving force of the four effects,among which the most significant is the positive effect on factor efficiency promotion.In terms of the synergy on competitive advantage index,using the measurement method to conclude that the synergy between two has a significant positive effect on the change of the competitive advantage index in manufacturing.The empirical results of seven subdivided manufacturing industries using the panel model of variable intercept fixed effect show that the synergy between two has the most significant positive effect on the competitive advantage index of electronic communication manufacturing.At the same time,this study also introduces simulation methods respectively display the trajectory of the synergy between the two and competitive advantage index in China's manufacturing and the seven subdivided manufacturing,and simulates the changing trend and relationship between them from2017 to 2031,which shows that there is a high degree of consistency between the change of synergy and competitive advantage index.Finally,on the basis of comprehensive theory,current situation and empirical research,in view of the existing problems in China,countermeasures are discussed from the aspects of strengthening the connection between technological innovation and standardization,improving the environment in which technological innovation achievements are transformed into technical standards,increasing government support and improving the external boost system.
