Research On Industrial Competitive Advantage Promoting Mechanism

Along with the knowledge-based economy times, science and knowledge is becoming increasingly the key promoting elements of national economy development. At present, academic and industries world have a common idea that technology learning and technology innovation can promote industrial advantage. On this basis, the article put forwards that the synergic mechanism of technological learning and innovation can promote industrial competitive advantage. The paper research on the action mechanism of technological learning and innovation in synergy to upgrade the industry competitive advantage.Firstly ,the paper takes the theory of Porter's competitive advantage as the theoretical foundation, definitudes the key factors of production, demand conditions, business strategy and competition-related industries for industry competitive advantage. Secondly, it definitudes the mechanism of the technological learning enhancing the industry competitive advantage by researches the promoting function of the factors of technological learning in synergy. Thirdly, it analyses the approaches of technical innovation for improving competitive advantage and definitudes the function of technical innovation for improving competitive advantage. Finally, it analyses the relationship between technological learning and innovation, researches how to promote the four key factors according synergy function, and discovers the promoting mechanism of the both sides. The paper gives an empirical analysis on China's automobile industry development, using the method of comparative study to show that technological learning and innovation in synergy can enhance industrial competitive advantage, and has a much more important role than technological learning or technological innovation separately.Theoretical research is aimed at guiding the practice. The results of the study reveal the mechanism of the technological learning and innovation in synergy to enhance the industry competitive advantage, and have the theoretical and practical significance for rich the theory of industrial competitive advantage, helping the governments making industrial policy, and developing and upgrading the competitive advantage of domestic industry.
