The Program to Develop Border Areas and Improve the Lives of the People There is a favorable ethnic policy, which aims to boost social and economic development of ethnic regions along the borderline by improving financial investment and assist. Depending on the hardworking by all carders and people, the program will benefit the solidarity of all ethnic groups development.This article through the data has summarized the program’s mission and measures by analyzing the achievement during "11th five-year plan" and the "twelfth five-year" plan.
