Study On The Social Integration Degree Of The Affordable Housing In Nanjing City

Since the reform and opening up of the housing supply system reform, China’s housing contradiction is prominent, and accelerating the urbanization process to a certain extent, more intensified the contradictions in the living. In order to safeguard the people’s basic living needs, the government’s consciousness to must establish and improve housing security system to meet the requirement of living of low-income groups, thereby increasing the intensity of the construction of housing security, housing security research has also been planning the focus of circle of concern. Due to the center city Cuntucunjin, guarantee the housing development needs to take into account factors such as cost of capital, new affordable housing forced suburbanization. The current construction model has led to a large number of large-scale, centralized, suburban areas of affordable housing, although the building and space efficiency is higher, but also to a certain extent, it has also deepened the spatial differentiation and social exclusion. Under the influence of people oriented and the thought of planning, the research of planning circle is no longer confined to the space itself, but more concerned about the social effects of space. During the period of "12th Five-Year", our country clearly put forward the construction of the community. Based on the above background, this paper establishes the topic:the social integration of the protection of the housing community.All along, the research of the security room is mainly focused on the system analysis, the space location, the surrounding public service facilities construction and the social effect and so on. In recent years, security housing communities in all dimensions of social effect has attracted more and more attention, scholars began to "social integration" used in the affordable housing community research, and gradually become one of the key development directions in the research of real community security. The existing literature research on social integration is for migrants and research, dimension measurement focuses in economic, social, cultural, psychological and other dimensions, research on affordable housing community, social integration also from several dimensions of the analysis and discussion. And the research on the social integration of the protection of the housing community is a summary of the theory, the existing empirical analysis is rare. Therefore, the meaning of the article is that grasp the existing studies focus on the direction, to fill the current affordable housing community social fusion gaps in the empirical research, which could provide a reference to the construction and development of affordable housing in Nanjing community, in China to promote the development of affordable housing community social integration policies provide a reference.This study attempts to from the perspective of space of exploratory construction for affordable housing community research, a more perfect society fusion index system using the index system of Nanjing affordable housing community, social integration is measured, and try to analyze the influence mechanism of affordable housing community social integration, thus the exploratory put forward promoting our country security housing community social integration policy recommendations. Article in the existing literature on social fusion research as well as the empirical analysis results of the survey based, four dimensions of affordable housing community social integration degree measurement index system is established:equality of opportunity, community participation, social connections and life satisfaction, which life satisfaction dimensions from the perspective of space of, set the some measure, and in the subsequent analysis we get the correlation verification. This is less in previous studies, but also the innovation of this paper.This thesis is divided into seven parts, four chapters. The specific arrangements as well as the main contents are as follows.The first part, the first chapter, the two chapter, the research framework and literature review. The first chapter mainly describes the research background, research significance, research questions, research ideas and research methods, and puts forward the research framework of the social integration of the housing community. The second chapter mainly related concepts, affordable housing community and the protection of housing community social integration of related research were reviewed, and put forward can be used for reference in the study of the case, on the back of the influence mechanism and policy analysis play a reference role.The second part, the third and the four chapter, the characteristics of the community space of Nanjing security community and the social integration degree of the housing community. The third chapter mainly analyzes the characteristics of the community space in Nanjing, and carries on the thorough investigation to the research community. In the fourth chapter, the index system of the social security of the housing community was constructed, and the factor analysis method was used to measure the degree of social integration of Nanjing affordable housing community.The third part, the six and the fifth chapter, the influence mechanism of social integration and policy recommendations. Based on chapter three analysis of feature space and in the fourth chapter, social integration degree evaluation, the fifth chapter, mainly uses the regression analysis to investigate the factors that influence the degree of community and social integration of affordable housing, from the four angles of the policy system, space planning, management system and information on the guarantee housing community social integration mechanism analysis. The sixth chapter on to the affordable housing community integration of influence mechanism inquiry based, from promote reform of the system and innovative planning ideas and promote the three aspects of community construction, to puts forward some policy suggestions on real community social integration in China security.The fourth part, the seventh chapter, the main conclusions, shortcomings and discussion. The main content of this paper is summarized, and pointed out that the problem of this study and the need to further discuss the problem.
