The Improvment And The Application Of Multi-level Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model For Chinese White Spirit Considering The Preference

Chinese white spirit is a kind of unique drink in our country with a long history which is an indispensable part of people's daily life and social interaction.At present,Chinese white spirit manufacturers and the product quality show different levels.They all cause great distress to the consumer in the purchase behavior.Therefore,by considering the factors affecting consumer choice of Chinese white spirit,it is important to use reasonable evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate the quality of Chinese white spirit.It also has great significance to the effective feedback to manufacturers and will promote the Chinese white spirit industry.This study includes the following four aspects.Firstly,this article built a comprehensive evaluation Index system of Chinese white spirit.Secondly,this article combined the subjective weight established by the selected experts own condition and the objective weight under the credibility of the expert evaluation result to improve the real validity of the evaluation results.Then based on the index system,this article used the subjection function to change the simulation expert scoring into single factor evaluation of the membership set,and established the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of Chinese white spirit.Finally,this article verified the specific function and feasibility of the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is applied to overall merit of Chinese white spirit.This paper extent fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method's application area and also provides a new way for the comprehensive evaluation of Chinese white spirit which can effectively to guide consumers choice.This paper integrates multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with group decision theory introduces expert weight into the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation membership matrix.The article puts forward the weight determination method which combines the subjective and objective weights with respect to the actual situation and the reliability of expert scoring in the process of group decision making.Multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has a good effect on solving the problem of multilayer complicated and difficult quantitative index in Chinese white spirit evaluation process.
