| This thesis, based on the methods of documentary, questionnaire, interview and case study, from the perspective of human concern of Marxism, taking C company as an example and digging the deep reasons of the high turnover rate in C company, to have a better understanding of the current situation of management in C company. And then,exploring the shortcomings of management in US business, to provide feasible suggestions for modern business management.This paper is divided into four chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, mainly focused on the background, significance, the review of domestic and foreign research,methods and the innovation of the paper. The second chapter is the comprehensive interpretation of humanism and its realistic significance. Through the introduction of the main contents of Marxist human concern: it’s starting point, it’s basic principle, it’s cornerstone, it’s ultimate goal, then puts forward the significance of building the mechanism of humanities concern in business management’s. The third chapter is to analyze the situation and reasons of the high turnover rate in C company. Starting from the theories of employee’s demission to provide theoretic foundation for following analysis. and then combining the current situation of employees’ turnover and case studies to dig the deep reasons of the high turnover rate in C company. The fourth chapter is to explore some countermeasures for constructing the modern enterprise mechanism of humanistic care based on C company’s real problems. |
