Nowadays, great changes have taken place in the internal structure of migrant workers, migrant workers are no longer a highly homogeneous groups. The new-generation migrant workers has gradually became the main force of migrant workers, they have became an important driving force for the development of the city, but still live in the city edge and it’s difficult for them to integrate into the city. Meanwhile, there are great significance for the development of urbanization and the transfer of rural surplus labor force in China through the research on the new-generation migrant workers’social integration. Based on survey data of 6 cities in Liaoning Province, we analyzed the structure of social inclusion of new-generation migrant workers and influence factor through the method of factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis method. The results show that the new-generation migrant workers social integration is mainly composed of economic integration, structural integration, psychological integration, and identity integration, furthermore, we found that the overall social integration degree of new-generation migrant workers is not high and there has a gradually decreasing trend of economic integration, structural integration psychological integration, identity integration. Occupation status, living conditions, social relations and city security of new-generation migrant workers has significant influence for their own social integration. We have three following policy implications according to the study. Firstly, the government can cultivate the employment skills and increase the stability of occupation of the new-generation migrant workers. Secondly, the government can improve housing security system of the new-generation migrant workers and strengthen community management of the new-generation migrant workers. Thirdly, the government can gradually eliminate the administrative control function of the household registration system and make the household registration system itself only with identity recognition function.
