New generation migrant workers is the backbone of the migrant workers in China,and the main force of our country’s modern construction and industrial construction.Due to the growth of this group in their own characteristics lead to their differentbackgrounds and improper behavior showed characteristics different from the lastgeneration of migrant workers. Whereas in the past will migrant workers as the researchmethod of the same group can not highlight the Cenozoic migrant workers employmentstatus quo of this special group. System to the new generation of migrant workers,therefore, improper behavior and its influencing factors were studied, to improve thenew generation peasant workers’ own value and promote its rational choice hasimportant theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of previous research, this paper focus on the study of the followingquestions:(1) compared with the older generation of migrant workers new generationmigrant workers their own characteristics.(2) the new generation migrant workers’behavior characteristics.(3) the influence factors of new generation of migrant workersin when choosing a career.(4) the relationship between influencing factors and thedegree of the overall impact.(5) under the condition of different human capital.(6) theinfluence degree of various influencing factors.In order to complete the study of the above problems, based on the integratedcurrent on new generation of migrant workers’ behavior based on relevant theoreticaland empirical studies, draw lessons from existing research results, with the newgeneration of migrant workers in chongqing as the research object, through to the fieldsurvey of19districts and counties in chongqing, rely on "employment surveyquestionnaire" and "work experience" in-depth interview outline of structured interviewtwo main research method, to obtain more abundant survey data. And analysis by usingstatistical analysis software for data processing, in order to explore the newgeneration migrant workers’ behavior and its influencing factors, and the influence ofvarious factors under the conditions of different human capital.The full text is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is introduction, mainlyintroduces the research background, the replacement of theoretical and practicalsignificance of research. The second chapter is literature review, introduces thedomestic and foreign related research achievements of new generation migrant workers’ behavior and its influencing factors, and the related research achievements are reviewed.The third chapter mainly introduces the research content and the overall design. Thefourth chapter for the questionnaire survey results and analysis of the questionnaireresults. The fifth chapter is conclusion and Suggestions.The results of this study show that:(1) the new generation compared to the oldergeneration of migrant workers, migrant workers themselves mainly for four majorcharacteristics: modernity, expansibility, duality, borderline;(2) the main performanceon the improper behavior is "3tall one low", material enjoy high demands, high spirit toenjoy, professional high expectations, low compressive capacity;(3) the new generationof migrant workers’ behavior is influenced by many factors;(4) the influence factorsand the degree of the overall impact positively correlated relationship between;(5) inthe process of choosing a career, along with the gender, age, educational background,family situation is different, the importance of various influencing factors of each arenot identical, namely the rightness of improper behavior influence each are notidentical.According to the research conclusion, emphatically from the Angle of thegovernment, enterprises and Cenozoic migrant workers themselves, put forward thefollowing Suggestions:(1) to guide the new generation of migrant workers to form acorrect concept of employment;(2) encourages and supports the new generation ofmigrant workers entrepreneurship;(3) the promotion of the manpwer capital of the newgeneration of migrant workers;(4) to strengthen and perfect the new generation ofmigrant workers employment information sharing platform;(5) improve the newgeneration of migrant workers work environment;(6) set up the "people-oriented"management idea;(7) provide a learning platform;(8) elaborate design salary structure;(9) increase the degree of the standardization of the enterprise;(10) positive attitude, thecorrect choosing profession idea;(11) to strengthen the learning of knowledge and skill.
