The Impact Of Academic Education On The Ability Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers To Improve Their Social Integration

The research group on the new generation of migrant workers of the all China Federation of trade unions pointed out in the Research Report on the new generation of migrant workers,The education and skill level of the new generation of migrant workers lags behind the demand of the urban labor market,which is a key problem hindering their long-term stable employment in the city,It is also the fundamental reason why the new generation of migrant workers is not easy to take root in urban society.The impact of education on the new generation of migrant workers is positive and extensive.It shoulders the important mission of helping migrant workers integrate into society,This way of affecting the personal life development process of the new generation of migrant workers from the micro level and the process of citizenization of migrant workers from the macro level is difficult to be directly achieved by other social methods.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to analyze and explore the social integration ability of the new generation of migrant workers from the dimension of academic education.This paper takes the new generation of migrant workers in Tongxiang City as the research subject,the impact of academic education on social integration ability as the research direction,based on Amartya Sen's feasible ability theory,and 11 townships under the jurisdiction of Tongxiang City as the research object,Sort out the new generation of migrant workers who have completed the academic upgrading and the new generation of migrant workers who are in the process of academic upgrading,and carry out questionnaire survey and person interview.In addition,for some representative enterprise units that have made outstanding performance in the implementation of the action to study and realize their dreams,face-to-face communication with their trade union chairmen,sort out,summarize and compare all the collected data,and try to establish the impact relationship between academic improvement and social integration ability,which is a feasible ability of visualization,quantification and operability.In this process,we will also sort out the problems existing in the new generation of migrant workers in using academic education as a means to improve their ability to integrate into society,and put forward reasonable suggestions,so as to make the project of migrant workers' study and realize their dreams more perfect and sustainable,and truly bring economic conditions and protective security to the new generation of migrant workers Improve the quality of social opportunities,spiritual feelings,political participation and transparency guarantee,so as to benefit the new generation of migrant workers more widely in the future promotion process of the project,so that the new generation of migrant workers have more opportunities to enjoy policy benefits,improve their living standards and happiness index,and help them integrate into urban society,Finally,it will benefit the country and the people and promote social harmony and stability.
