People’s production and living needs are continuously becoming enriched with the development of the social and economic level in city and rural areas. In today’s rural if farmers want to accomplish the task of household production and reproduction, relying solely on the income of agricultural production can not guarantee the family continuation as possible as before the reform and opening up; farmers can and obtain off-farm work to earn the family income supplement because of the development of secondary and tertiary industries and the revocation of the floating population restriction, the rural household labors’ allocation in between agriculture and non agriculture production brings about rural household concurrent business, the level of rural household concurrent business exists differentiation because of the family’s differentiation on the characteristics of natural endowment differences. On the basis of this situation, this paper adopts the data collection methods of questionnaire investigation, literature research and interviews, after the completion of the data collection,we use the methods of quantitative research and qualitative research to analysis data, we carefully study the status of farmers’ concurrent business and farmers’ farmland transferring behavior, and explore the farmers’ concurrent business degree of Farmland Transferring influence direction and degree of influence. The conclusions of this study are the following:First, in the matter of the current situation of rural household concurrent business and agricultural land transferring, non-agricultural income accounted for the proportion of total revenue in more than 50% of the sample households has been more than half, rural household concurrent business is already a common state of production in rural areas, for the majority of rural families, non-agricultural income has replaced the agricultural production income to become the main source of the family life; nearly 30% of the farmers in the sample actually produce farmland transfer behavior, most of them choose to rent the land to farmers in general, grower and enterprise, the farmland transferring object is different, the farmers can get economic compensation, the transferring period is fixed, whether signed a transferring contract are greatly different, the transferring income ranges from free to more than 400 yuan range, farmland transferring household who can obtain high economic compensation often choose to determine the transfer deadline in the form of a contract.Second, the article starts from the farmer rational behavior hypothesis and believes that the farmer is the rational person who will follow the family utility maximization in making the decision, they will make the decision which conforms to the family whole and the long-term benefit. When we study the influence of rural household concurrent business level on farmers’farmland transferring behavior,we find that the degree of rural household concurrent business has a significant effect on farmers’farmland transferring behavior, compared with lower degree of rural household concurrent business farmers’income in the higher degree of rural household concurrent business mainly comes from the non-agricultural employment, the family normal life mainly depends on the maintenance of family members of non-agricultural income, the income of agricultural production is relatively low for the importance of the family, this part of the farmers when conditions are right, the farmland transferring probability will be relatively large.Third, rural household concurrent business degree has a significant effect on the scale of the land transferred, and this correlation is significantly closer to the inverted "U" type. According to the regression equation, the conclusions are following:(1) in concurrent business of farmers degree value to 0.568, that is non-agricultural income accounted for total household income 56.8% before, the scale of land transferred will increase with the increase of farmers and industry level. (2) after the farmers and industry level value reached 0.568, namely that the family farm income total family income accounted for 56.8%, the scale of farmland transfer will decrease with the increasing level of farmers and industry. From this we can know that the farmers’non farm income accounted for 56.8% of the total household income, the scale of rural land transfer will increase with the increase of the degree of farmers and industry.Based on the above analysis, the main points of this paper are farmers and industry production has become a universal state of production in rural areas, due to the influence of peasant household resource endowment, farmers and industry level of differentiation, the farmers’ concurrent business degree of different significantly affect farmers is the conversion of farmland for and transferring land scale size of travel, compared to low and industry levels of farmers, high and industry level farmers choose the farmland transferring probability is big, but when it comes to the specific size of the farmland transference, farmers and industry level reaches a certain line, its increase will cause a decline in the roll out of the scale of the land.
