With the development of economic and the advance of medical level in our country, the quality of people’s life has been improved, and the expectancy of life is increasing year by year. At present, the population of the aging in our country is the only country whose population has been more than one hundred million,and has the the largest size all over the world. At the same time, the employment is always the focus of attention.It is the key of economic development and the social stability. Employment is the basis and premise of economic and social development,and only ensure the employment,we can ensure the stability of the society and the improvement of people’s living standards. Therefore, it is necessary to know something about the aging, the employment problem, and the relationship between them.In this article,I attempt to know some related literature, the related theory and the necessity of raising the retirement age. Firstly, based on the job creation- substitution effect and the human capital theory, I analysis the influence of delay the retirement age for employment. Among them, I use the liquidate iterative model to describe the job creation-substitution effect, then use the data of Shanghai to analyze. Secondly, based on international experience and public opinion survey data, I formulate eight kinds of schemes using relevant questionnaire survey data, and then use creation- substitution effect to validate four of them.At the same time,I use the human capital from two angles to validate. Finally I use the method of sensitivity analysis to choose the suitable for China’s national conditions and the characteristics of the economic development. In addition, this article also puts forward relevant policy suggestions.Finally, I conclude that the social insurance payment rate, employment, replacement rate of unemployment insurance, the coverage of unemployment insurance, population growth, two period length and the income share of the capital have different effects on the employment of delay retirement, but still can’t decide the overall direction of employment. Based on job creation- substitution effect,the theory of human capital verification results and the sensitivity analysis,I found that the scheme of the retirement age of man is 65-year-old and female is 60, extending 6 months each year is the best.In addition, this article also puts forward canceling the ahead retirement gradually retire, delaying retirement age step by step, improving the relevant mechanism and delaying retirement policy differently.
