The Research Of Effects Of Delay Retirement Age On Youth Employment

Delay retirement age can alleviate the pressure of the pension payment, this view has been argumented by most of the scholars. But whether to delay the retirement age for employment pressure,particularly with regard to whether a negative influence on the youth employment,theacademic circles have no consistent answers.In the international community,most people are against the implementation of the delay retirement age policy,the main reason is the employment,in 2010, for example, happened in Tunisia’s "jasmine revolution" and French’s "union strike",the youth unemployment rate is too high, the youth employment rights protected are the direct cause.In this paper, the first is analyzing the influential factors of youth employment, divided into objective and subjective factors, the second is the analysis of the actuality of China’s young and old,and concluded that the structural contradictions in the youth employment common conclusion,the prevalence of the phenomenon of the elderly retired in our country.Once again,analysis of the relationship between the retirement age policy and youth unemployment of part of the OECD countries since 1970 s,draw the retirement age will reduce the views of youth unemployment and didn’t get the conclusion of empirical evidence to support. Interview the elderly retirement age of Ganzhou city,proving the delay retirement age policy might be the effects on the youth employment,obtained widespread "retired" phenomenon in our country makes the delay retirement age will not be in large quantities from the youth employment point of view.And the last is the reducing delay retirement age of negative influence to youth employment policy recommendations,mainly from the three point of view:to promot the healthy implementation of incremental delay retirement age,to solve the problem of youth employment,to improve the elderly employment environment.Try the best to minimizing the negative influence to the youth employment in the process of gradual delay retirement age policy implementation.
