With the constant changes in market demand, A tobacco company’s service strategy of continuous improvement, but there are many aspects of a problem, the market and consumers’ needs are not met. Therefore, the need for the original management theory to re-sort and innovation, which is applied to the management practices of enterprises, service management processes enrich and improve the establishment of a new service model. If A tobacco companies will be able to apply new ideas and approaches to the management of marketing services, the company’s level of service will be greatly improved, thereby contributing to the performance and efficiency continues to increase.In this paper, lean production, lean and lean service management theory is based on the actual situation of A tobacco company was investigated. Analysis of the current status of the operation of the service and problems include: waste generated by service flow disorders, customer satisfaction is generally low; Quality and Ability marketing staff work needs to adapt; logistics operation mode of the waste of resources and so on. On this basis, identify the source of the problem, to the relationship between the main interests of the enterprise as the starting point of the analysis, we put forward a new lean service strategy. The new cigarette supplier service, logistics service and customer service strategies.Lean service management is the need of the highly integrated enterprise internal and external environment, enterprise culture and system of the system, to remove all the busywork, limited to the local, but involves all aspects of an enterprise. This article from the enterprise internal form after put forward concrete improvement strategy implementation of the lean knowledge of service management, further defined the ways to promote lean service mode, and has carried on the elaboration to promote schemes, established the standard of lean service, management and process.To promote these measures to be born, must have the practical safeguard measures, this article finally to the company’s organizational structure has carried on the comprehensive transformation, to the training process, technology platform security and corporate culture to shape and so on has carried on the comprehensive optimization, formed a strong maneuverability strong safeguard measures, ensure implementation of lean service strategy and fall to the ground, and eventually become the unique lean service management mode.
