Reserch On Issues Related To Construction Of Small Rural Towns In Tangshan City

City is an outcome and carrier in human civilization and small rural town is a key carrier for people to live and work and also is an important link for our country to establish urban system. Currently, there also have problems and deficiencies that are weak link in building urban system in our small towns. The establishment of small towns in countryside is an irreplaceable advantage for solving problems concerning famer, agriculture and rural area and improving level of urbanization in towns of Tangshan City.The studying methods like investigation and interview and combination of theory and practice are adopted in this thesis. The objective necessity of construction of small towns in rural area from Tangshan City is analyzed in detail such as Qishuzhuang town. The main problems existed and developing characters of small towns in Tangshan are further stated and suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to develop for rural areas together with features and resources advantages from Tangshan.Firstly, background and research condition on small country towns are discussed, relevant conceptions and theories about it are defined and explain construction of small rural towns is a key approach for our China to a way of a new pattern of urbanization.Secondly, we make references on small rural towns from home and broad, in order to put forward some plans to develop constructions of small rural towns in Tangshan.Thirdly, taking Qishuzhuang town as example, basic situation and conditions are analyzed, existing issues concerning small rural towns are showed, reason of existing problems is analyzed combining with reality.At last, this study found that Tangshan City needs a clear-cut construction of small towns in rural areas through government promotion, policy support, system innovation, market operation to realize the rapid sound development of small towns in rural areas of Tangshan City, to effectively settle down the problems that the development of rural economy is backward, the living standard of peasants is low, and the peasants are difficult to work in town, ect, and to improve the urbanization level of Tangshan City. Therefore, this paper proposes solutions for promoting the development of small towns in rural areas of Tangshan City. These solutions cover scientific planning, infrastructure construction, public service system construction, the development of the pillar industry, the reform of the policy system and so on, providing some theoretical guidance and decision-making reference for the construction and development of small towns in rural areas of Tangshan City, so that they can speed up rapid development, give full advantage to its development and establish a competitive advantage.
