The Study On Construction Of Small Towns In New Townin Of Leiyang

Constructing and developing small towns is the important way to balancing urban and rural development in China,which is also the important strategy for solving agriculture,countryside,peasant's problems related to modernization.Small-town construction as product of harmonious development of urban and rural economy,it has played the important and positive role in promoting the process of rural urbanization,transferring rural population into cities,improving the peasant's quality,optimizing resource allocation,adjusting rural economical structure,promoting the development of agricultural industry and improving the whole economic efficiency of the urban and rural areas,small-town construction is grand strategy to drive social overall development.Since the reform and openingup,China's small-town construction has sharply improved,urban-rural integration development has obtained certain achievement,the management level of urbanization increased significantly.However,it also existed many problems,such as uneven development for small urbanization,lags behind the industrialization,unreasonable structure,incomplete supporting infrastructure,spatial distribution is not reasonable,low population agglomeration degree.Therefore,as for the small-town construction,we should recognize the actual situation objectively,profoundly sum up the experience,accurately grasp the conditions and opportunities,scientific analysis the patterns and trends of urbanization development,to explore the road that suits for local economic development.Xinshi town,Leiyang city as a major agricultural town in the north areas of Leiyang,seeking the development is the top issue faced currently,with the leaping development in agriculture and services,the promotion of infrastructure and public service,the integration for urban and rural resources and the transfer for rural surplus labor,it is right time to push the small-town construction for Xinshi town,besides,small-town construction as the important development path and livelihood project,it have the subjective initiative and objective necessity to push small-town construction in Xinshi town.The thesis regard small-town construction in Leiyang as the research object,using literature research method,interviewing and investigation method,SWOT analysis method,based on collating literature data systematically and grasp the actual situation of small-town construction in Xinshi town accurately,discussed deeply and analyzed the main measures and the preliminary achievements obtained,through learning from overseas and domestic experience of small-town construction,combined with the actual economic and social development of Xinshi town,putting forward the ideas,principles and countermeasures to build the north areas of Leiyang as commercial circulation type town.
