QCS project is located next to the Sichuan Province of Sichuan Qingcheng Mountain. In 2006, a large state-owned enterprises A Group won the project land, view them as the first step into Sichuan tourism real estate strategy and project positioning satellite town to Chengdu, Qingcheng mountain next to the city’s luxury. But in 2011, when the project opened QCS, poor sales, the project faced funding chain fracture risk. For this situation, this article from the political, economic, social (customer) and building technology four angles, the market environment QCS project carried out systematic analysis, from Chengdu, the real estate market, QCS competing projects around the project, similar to the success of Sichuan Province item three angles, the competitive environment QCS project were analyzed. And through the SWOT analysis of the project QCS inherent strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and threats, a combination of factors QCS summarizes the project to be positioned.Then from Sinology Taoist Cultural Center, Qingcheng Mountain Communities renaissance painting, three directions Piedmont Qingcheng Mountain Area Tourism and commercial center, and then locate the direction of QCS proposed project.
