Research Of Training Development Of Maintenance Staff Based On The Job Competency

Based on the composed use of multiple level theory of strategic human resource management and the competency model based on the job, this paper studied the training development problem of maintenance staffs based the job competency as the research object of XX phosphorus chemical industry company. Firstly, the phosphorus chemical company organizational situation and talent development strategy are analyzed. Then, given the fishbone diagram analysis method, the paper analyzed the work domain and work elements and developed the job specification. Through the reasonable design of the job target, the paper developed the competency model and brought the hierarchical description of employee behavior based on the job and confirmed the examine requirement of maintenance staffs. In this paper, based on the contingency differential architectural model and multiple level theory, discussed the method and process of high performance maintenance staff training and development, including the compiling principles of the standardized training subjects and training course guidance. Lastly, the development of training course system is deconstructed.In the view of the case company’s industry background, organizational factors, combined with the competency model of maintenance staff, the paper designed the development program of training specification that it is heterogeneity and high performance, which provides a theoretical reference for the human resource management with the industry transformation and upgrading of production technology of skilled talents. For the XX phosphorus chemical industry company, it laid a solid foundation to build an installation maintenance team, to meet the development needs of the company’s maintenance of sophisticated technology, to be able to go out and expand the maintenance team function space, to enhance the company’s maintenance staff professional ability, to improve business efficiency.
