Research On Improvement Of Long Period Business Process In LTH Company

Production capacity of chemical fertilizer in China is increasing continuously in recent years, and huge overcapacity has been left in the fertilizer industry. Moreover, with the slowdown in the global chemical fertilizer market and the rising prices of raw material, fertilizer producers are under increasing pressure. Therefore, Leaders of LTH Company proposed that economic benefit is born from management, and the long period business processes, one of the core administrations in LTH Company, must be optimized.This study focus improvement of the long period business processes in LTH Company. The status of art of the long period business process management in LTH Company was analyzed, and some optimization measures were proposed as well.In this paper, literature research methods was used to review or detailed research on the knowledge of project management, business process management, business process reengineering, business process Improvement, value chain analysis, ross-functional team formation and Risk-Based Inspection (RBI). And the problems such as Irrational process system process, imperfect process framework, the lack of cross-functional team organization, poor quality and timeliness of decision-making processes, process performance and BSC disjointed in LTH Company were found out through interviews and surveys.For the problems of long period business process in LTH Company, in this paper, firstly, the process framework and key nodes are perfected by the way of establishing end to end prefect process system to form a plurality of long period business process chain and Cleared of trigger and driving factors; Secondly, an inter-departmental team was established, which was responsible for cross-sectoral and multi-disciplinary work; Thirdly, clearing the key decision points in the process to form timely and high-quality decision-making, establish a performance indicator evaluation system of long period business process, and stimulate workers’initiative and enthusiasm by using the process to ensure the result instead of negative incentive-based assessment methods.This article also listed four safeguard measures of process optimization program including enough attention of senior leadership to process optimization, forming efficient project management team, conducting the necessary awareness training and improving communication management, that was to ensure these measures could be implemented in a process optimization process to solve the problems of long period business process management.
