As the relationship between the national economy and industry, the development of the power industry can not only ensure national energy security can also promote the development of the national economy. Normal operation of the grid on a large number of logistics activities are closely related, so build a scientific and reasonable electricity storage and logistics network, can enhance maintenance efficiency grid projects, but also can reduce the idle materials resource consumption, thereby significantly improving the power grid enterprise management lean and intensification, "Twelve Five" period, the State Grid proposed the "three five" policy, which provides opportunities to the power companies, but also on the level of logistics management requirements made better. The reasonable location of the grid distribution center is directly related to the level of security and stability of power grid enterprises and logistics costs of grid operation in the corresponding area. Based on the advanced logistics distribution center location method at home and abroad, this article takes logistics distribution center in Hebei province to do the research of location problem.As an important node in the grid logistics network, distribution centers supply the demand side and the downstream end of the upstream in the logistics network. Whether distribution centers are established in the right place has relationship with logistics and distribution costs. This paper will study the logistics distribution center based on the existing condition of the grid in Hebei Province to ensure high-quality low-cost operation of the entire distribution network, enhance their competitiveness and meet customer satisfaction degree.According to the particularity of power enterprise storage networks, this paper studies the grid company's logistics distribution center location based on the status quo of large numbers of domestic and international warehousing network planning studies, this paper does further discussion in center logistics management of power grid and analyzes the corresponding center optimization problems. Thus, his paper aims at the effect of "three five" policy to Hebei grid materials management. Combining with the actual data, the immune optimization algorithm is used in optimization location of distribution center in Hebei grid.
