With the advent of the era of network, the country economy is a global, open the integration of the economy. Enterprise production of all kinds of resources such as capital, personnel, management and brand is no longer as before is restricted by the space, at the same time, further opening of the market economy, our country enterprise faces is no longer purely domestic market competition, also faces the challenge of the international market at the same time, the enterprise’s internal and external environment has radically changed. In order to be dominate in itself and industry value chain, keep the enterprise competitive advantage, enterprises must reconstruct the internal value chain, find out the new core business, outsourcing non-core business, focus on new value-added activities, give up behind the value of growth, timely implementation of the strategic transformation.This article adopts the method of combining theoretical research and empirical analysis, theoretical research from traditional value chain theory and its development, reconstructing value chain theory and strategic transformation theory introduces the methods and strategies of enterprise value chain reconstruction at home and abroad, have a preliminary understanding to the research goal. Empirical analysis with vanke as an example, analyzes the vanke group’s internal, suppliers, marketing and customer value chain, further expound the value chain reconstruction and the actual application in enterprise strategic transformation. Analysis found that, based on from the point of the development of vanke, vanke company competitive advantage lies in the location clear, the management strategy consciousness is stronger, group with good brand advantage, outstanding human resources, the increase in the number of land reserve has the powerful ability to integrate related resources, solid corporate culture foundation and financing advantages. But the discovery of advantage at the same time, vanke, there are some listed companies are failing. Pressure increasing capital requirements, such as group project style is not rich, group development inventory increase, the scale is not big enough, no government background, the relative lack of "ability", which restricts the development of vanke. Vanke, the implementation of strategic transformation in the new circumstances, it is very necessary.
