With the vigorous development of tourism in our country, the hotel industry as one of the three pillars of tourism industry, its quantity, scale, present a multivariate gradually form. The rapid development of the hotel industry for the management of the hotel, especially puts forward new challenge for the high star hotel management.Hotel industry as a typical representative of service industry, its core product needs to be passed by the service to the customer, and pass this kind of service is the hotel staff, especially the hotel’s frontline employees.Customers’ s awareness is closely related to the hotel frontline employees, they are very critical for the hotel.Professional identity is an intrinsic incentive factors, involving high star hotel frontline staff own perception of hotel service and cognition, affecting they work for the hotel service professional commitment and professional emotion, relationship between the high star hotel frontline professional psychological and staff turnover. Professional identity is psychological foundation for frontline employees to understand hotel service work.Through the literature and depth review, put forward the research hypothesis and prepare the high star hotel frontline employees professional identity scale and questionnaire. Second, using independent sample T test, anova and multiple comparison method to explore the specific differences about high star hotel frontline employees’ professional identity level in gender, marital status, age, level of education,department,hotel industry accumulated time, new and old hotel and hotel brand.Again, through the factor analysis method to explore the factors which influence professional identity and research influencing factors in individual characteristics, new and old hotel,hotel brands, professional identity status differences Finally, through correlation analysis and regression analysis method to explore career identity of the relationship between influencing factors and recognition level, trying to build professional identity level prediction model. Through the research process, finally this paper draws the following conclusion:1.In professional identity level scores as a measure,high star hotel frontline employees’ professional identity can be divided into professional identity lost, professional identity delay, professional identity exploration.More than 80% of the high star hotel frontline employees in professional identity delay and above condition. 2.High star hotel frontline employees’ s professional identity level in marital status, age, level of education, hotel industry, hotel star time significant differences from five aspects.3.High star hotel front line employees’ s professional identity influencing factors are divided into five dimensions: personal psychological and physical, atmosphere within the hotel, hotel professional characteristics, family and work, remuneration and career prospects.4. Respectively drawn from various factors affecting the importance of the elements of the mean maximum and average importance in 21 specific elements sorted as follows: staff care >professional body>load compensation>family support >accommodation.5. High star hotel frontline staff professional identity factors in personnel age, working time, star hotel, hotel brands, professional identity status, five aspects exist significant differences.6.High star hotel frontline employees professional identity influencing factors were significant positive related to the level of professional identity,psychological and physical factors of correlation coefficient is the largest.7.On the basis of an analysis of the predictive power of high star hotel frontline employees professional identity level and the influencing factors,the relationship between regression equation is obtained: professional identity level = 0.473 × personal psychological and physical + 0.270×characteristics of hotel industry + 0.211× atmosphere within the hotel.According to the above research conclusion, giving advices as follows:cultivate professional cognition, harmonizing organization atmosphere, improve the working environment, balance the professional family, perfecting the incentive mechanism.
