Study On The Power Mechanism And Mode Of Development Of Low Carbon Transformation Of Transformation Of Coal Enterprises

With the rapid development of economic globalization,the problem of global warming, resources shortage, environment deterioration is happening. The traditional "pollution first, treatment after" the pursuit of rapid economic growth in economic development, has been unable to adapt to the changes of the times. People put forward the new development mode of low-carbon economic development model.For a long time, the coal resources as energy pillar in China’s national economy played an important role as the energy pillar.The traditional "mining, mass consumption, a large number of abandoned" traditional growth mode is no longer suitable for the era, the requirements of sustainable development. In twenty-first Century, how to promote the coal enterprises to take a low-carbon development path to save resources, protect environment has become an important strategic task. Low carbon economy has important practical significance to solve the bottleneck of China’s coal enterprise development. This paper uses quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. Firstly, the paper analyzes the dynamic mechanism of low carbon transformation of coal enterprises. Then, this paper summarizes the typical model of the coal enterprise transformation. From the reduction, resource, and establish the evaluation index system of enterprise low carbon level using three angles. Finally, selection of Zibo Mining Group as an example of empirical research. This paper describes the development of Zibo Mining Group. Summarizes and analyzes the Zi River mine group the specific measures of developing low carbon. Hierarchical fuzzy evaluation of Zibo Mining Group, and draw a conclusion.
