Food is the top priority for a populace, food safety problem has got more and more attention. Governments around the world and food companies are all looking for a management system that can ensure food safety effectively, HACCP is a food safety guarantee system universally acknowledged all over the world as an effective quality guarantee means for food safety and hygiene. This paper firstly give theory analysis that the economic impact of HACCP for food companies, including positive effects and negative effects.For food companies,the managerial level,product awaremess and maket share are all improved after the implementation of the HACCP system.In addition,HACCP also can help companies get into international market and pass others certifications.For the governments,with the popularization of HACCP,the supervising level and social benefit are all impoved.This paper using questionnaires,Likert Scale and chi-square statistics analysed influencing factors of HACCP.The research shows that different enterprise situation can effect various cost of HACCP.Generally,the companies’feature and scale can affect the certification cost.The scale and the sales market can affect the human costs.The product types,the scale and other authentication details can affect the infrastructure costs.The scale,sales market and other authenticaion details can affect the operation cost.At the same time,HACCP also offer some intangible benefit for companies,such as the enhance of the managerial level,product awaremess and maket share.At last, this article gives some conclusions and some proposals.
