Manufacturing enterprises in the global scope, occupies a large proportion, for each country made an important contribution to the social and economic development. For manufacture enterprises, purchasing is an important link in the whole enterprise daily production, enterprises in order to improve their economic benefits, to scientific management, purchasing process and purchasing management was born. Purchasing management of the enterprise, the MRO material (non-production materials, hereinafter referred to as the MRO material) to adopt buy occupies a large proportion, and for the entire manufacturing chain of enterprises has played an important role, to a certain extent, affected the production development of the enterprise.MRO material purchase, the production activities of enterprises has important influence, and different kinds of MRO material procurement, involves more suppliers, making enterprises in purchasing MRO material, the whole work efficiency is low, the purchasing process is relatively complicated, etc.For manufacturing enterprise, MRO material purchasing is purchasing, can significantly improve a field. Therefore, in the current rapid development of social and economic background, the study of manufacturing enterprise of MRO material procurement, and on this basis, discussed the necessary solutions, is the current enterprise management should be taken seriously.Based on TTI company as an example, this paper firstly analyzes the MRO material management involves the knowledge of related concepts, then analyzes the TTI group, the current situation of MRO material purchasing management and discusses the problems of TTI group of MRO material procurement, on this basis, combining with MRO material procurement management knowledge of theoretical concepts, and combined with the development of domestic manufacturing, probes into the concrete of TTI group improve MRO material management strategy, expected to domestic manufacturing enterprises of MRO material purchasing management to provide necessary theoretical basis and method of the support.
