Under the background of rapid development of China information technology, e-commerce is flourishing in China and has appeared the tendency of expanding extensively. The age of electronic commerce is closing in upon has impact on many traditional business models. And retailing is one of them. Traditional retailers began to explore the emerging mode that connected with the Internet to deal with market challenges in e-commerce era. Chain convenience store as a new retail format, it is necessary for it to develop e-commerce strategy to adapt to the demands of development and market.By applying the relevant tools and methods of business management theory, this paper studies the development status and trends of e-commerce industry and analyzes the operating environment of chain convenience store. It draw the conclusion that how chain convenience store enterprises should implement e-commerce strategies. In this paper, we take K chain convenience store as an example and analyze the internal and external environment of it. And we summarize the advantages and disadvantages of K chain convenience store and the opportunities and challenges it faces by applying SWOT analysis tool.According to the analysis about the environment of K chain convenience store, this paper makes suggestions on the developing and competitive strategy of K chain convenience store and sets reasonable gradual goal and goal for general development and of K chain convenience store. Different markets involve adopting different competitive strategies according to enterprise current situation.This paper also gives suggestion for implementation on e-commerce strategy of K chain convenience store business. Change organizational structure and build e-commerce platform to conduct e-commerce activities of 020 model.Finally, this paper gives suggestion on management and control of risks that it would have during the process of implement e-commerce strategy.
