In recent years,China’s retail industry has developed rapidly.Among them,the chain convenience store industry has become one of the fastest growing formats.The chain convenience stores of various brands are fiercely competitive in the first-tier cities,and have evolved from pre-store competition to post-store distribution system competition.So far,for distribution companies,how to arrange transportation dispatch reasonably and complete the distribution service at the minimum cost in the shortest time is a problem that must be considered.In daily life,the temperature requirements of cold chain products are inconsistent.However,special vehicles can only deliver one type of temperature,and multi-vehicle distribution not only increases distribution costs,but also reduces distribution efficiency,and also causes urban congestion.This paper takes the chain convenience store cold chain commodity distribution as the research object,deeply analyzes the commodity characteristics,distribution characteristics and distribution management objectives of the chain convenience store,fully considers the particularity of its distribution demand,and introduces the multi-temperature co-location system and vehicle path optimization.The related content and methods,taking B chain enterprises as an example,through the analysis of the distribution system of B chain enterprises and the distribution of cold chain goods in chain convenience stores in Beijing,pointed out that the problems in the process of centralized distribution are owed by the distribution plan.Reasonable,lack of scientific basis for path planning,and imperfect distribution information system.Then carry out specific optimization:Firstly,in view of the unreasonable distribution plan,the multi-temperature co-distribution mode was proposed and the distribution model was improved.After analyzing the insulation demand of the chain convenience store cold chain commodity and the feasibility of implementing the multi-temperature co-matching scheme,The multi-temperature co-matching mode was compared to determine that the B-chain convenience store is suitable for implementing the pump-type cold storage incubator multi-temperature co-location mode and application equipment,and then reconstructing the distribution process;then optimizing the vehicle delivery path,based on multi-temperature total With the mode and the constraints of time window,vehicle full load and maximum load capacity,the distribution path optimization model is constructed and the genetic algorithm for solving the model is designed.The distribution path is optimized for the problem that the distribution information system is not perfect The model is the basis of decision-making.Based on the existing logistics management and distribution system,the“1+2" integrated visual distribution information system is designed to assist the whole distribution system to run more efficiently.At the end of the article,the empirical analysis is carried out,and the programming is solved by matlab.After comparison and analysis before and after optimization,it is suggested that the chain retail convenience store centralized distribution adopts multi-temperature co-allocation mode,which is not only beneficial to enterprises to carry out vehicle scheduling,but also reduces distribution costs,and has certain guiding significance for improving store distribution efficiency and customer satisfaction.Figure 34,Table 27,reference 70.
