With the deepening integration of the Internet and traditional industries,the internetization of the convenience store is an inevitable development trend.Many internet companies and convenience store businesses are strengthening this integration.As a convenience store-type platform facing consumers,it has brought together multilateral users,and built a “bridge” between supply and demand sides to share information and help each other.Although the convenience store type of platform is everywhere,it can survive and gain little profit.In general,many factors will affect the development of convenience store e-commerce platform.Among them,the user strategy is the most critical.The user strategy includes the development,management and service of the supply side users,and also includes the development and service management of demand users.As a convenience store platform,in order to occupy a place in a highly competitive market,we must adhere to the user-centered business philosophy,strengthen the mining and satisfaction of the needs of bilateral users,and improve the development,management and service capabilities to the bilateral users.L Convenience Store E-commerce Platform is a young start-up company that wants to connect with convenience stores and users,and meet the needs of users to help convenience store transform and upgrade,thus establishing a brand and expanding its influence.In this paper,through literature research method,data research method,case study method.firstly,the connotation of the platform,the development characteristics of the platform,the characteristics of the convenience store O2O model and the factors affecting the growth of the platform are sorted out.Secondly,through the analysis and research on the current situation of the L convenience store e-commerce platform,the problems encountered by the L convenience store e-commerce platform are pointed out from the aspects of development,management and service of bilateral users.Furthermore,through the analysis of the problem and the application of relevant theories,the operational orientation and resource integration orientation of the L convenience store e-commerce platform growth,as well as the specific user strategy,including strengthening the management and service to the supply side users,and strengthening the demand Side user development and services.Finally,In response to the growth strategy,the essence of the strategy and the institutional guarantee of thestrategy are summarized.This paper enriches the theoretical research of the convenience store O2O model,and provides guidance for the development of the L convenience store e-commerce platform by proposing problems and analyzing the problem.It also provides experience sharing and reference for convenience store O2O models and provides new ideas for convenience store O2O models.
