Research On The Interaction Mechanism Between Industrial Transfer And Innovation Factors Flow

Industrial transfer is one of the basic law of industrial development. It is also a comprehensive factor flow and agglomeration process. After the global financial crisis in 2008, the international industrial transfer and the domestic industrial transfer have entered a new stage. The biggest different from the previous industrial transfer is this transfer having the characteristic of reverse gradient transfer, producer services and cluster transfer. On the other hand, the abundance of regional innovation factors, have certain influence on the scale and direction of industrial transfer. Thus this paper is research on the interaction mechanism between industrial transfer and innovation factors flow, analyze that how industrial transfer promotes innovation factors flow and how innovation factors flow affect industrial transfer and so on, The main research and innovative conclusions are as follows:(1) Observe the distribution of innovation factors in our country and analyze the movement, It is concluded that the distribution of regional innovation factors are uneven, mainly concentrated in the eastern and coastal areas, innovation elements in the western western are particularly scarce, and the level of innovation elements are vastly enormously between eastern regions and western regions.(2) Mechanism analysis on industrial transfer affecting innovation factors flow, We get three main paths:Industrial transfer process with innovative factors flow; industrial transfer-industrial agglomeration-attract innovative factors flow; industrial transfer-industrial agglomeration-independent innovation capability of regional-innovative factors flow.(3) Analysis the empirical data in recent ten years of China:innovation capital flows play a promoting role in industrial transfer and innovative talents flow has a slight effect on industrial transfer. And put forward policy recommendations.
