Reseaech On Compang A’s Acous-tic Device Supplier Evaluation Based On AHP-GRA-FCE Method

At present,the supplier’s scientific evaluation has been scientifically evaluated,and the appropriate procurement strategy based on the evaluation results has become one of the core tasks in the management chain management of the enterprise.Based on the research of domestic and foreign experts,when conducting supplier evaluation,the design and selection of evaluation index systems are very important.Company A is a leading company in the consumer electronics industry.Its products such as mobile phones,tablets,and TWS headphones are selling well worldwide.Acoustic devices are an important parts needed by Company A.They mainly come from three suppliers of Goer Tek,Luxshare,and AAC.In the face of changes in the competitive landscape of the acoustic industry,international industry transfer,and suppliers seeking transformation,it is necessary for Company A to adjust its procurement strategy for acoustic components.The current shortcomings in supplier evaluation of Company A have brought certain difficulties in grasping the direction of adjustment.This article is based on this,specifically analyzing the shortcomings and making improvements.Firstly,refer to previous research findings and experts’ opinions,this article first using the grey relation analysis(GRA),refer to the previous scholars’ research results and the opinions of experts in the industry,build a set of comprehensive subjective and objective factors,concise and comprehensive supplier evaluation index systems,including 7 first-level indicators containing quality,price,delivery capabilities,collaborative ability,research and development capabilities,performance guidelines for supplier behavior and cooperation prospects,18 second-level indicators and 28 three-level indicators.Then using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to convert the comparison result of the expert on the indicator into the weight of each indicator.Finally,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)to analyze the three suppliers and the evaluation results were obtained according to the scoring of the expert group.Based on the evaluation results,analyze the performance of the existing acoustic suppliers of Company A in various aspects,and draw the main conclusions.One is the cooperation strategy that Company A should adopt with the three suppliers in the next step,which is to support Luxshare to lower procurement prices through mutual restraint,advocate for Goer Tek ’s production line to be transferred overseas,and start seeking substitutes for AAC.Second,in terms of supply chain transfer,Vietnam is positioned as the main destination for transfer,and potential enterprises are selected for support.
