With the China's economic structural growth slowing down,structural adjustment will be a kind of economic normality in a certain period in the future.Therefore,how to continue to maintain the competitive advantage in the process of economic transformation has become the biggest problem faced by all enterprises.In order to maintain competitive advantage,company A decided to put the core competence on the production,and to outsource the logistics to logistics service suppliers,but how to select the appropriate logistics service providers has also become a difficult problem of company A.At present,the current condition of company A is as follows:there is no appropriate choice method;there is no a fixed partnerships with logistics service supplier;the company select the logistics service suppliers only based on their subjective views.Under this background,the paper is focused on the field investigations of company A,analyzing its operation features and service needs,reading a lot of literature,and doing questionnaires,using triangular fuzzy theory to build an evaluation index system to choose logistics service suppliers of company A.After that,with the assistance of management staffs of company A and its cooperative enterprises,they assessed five alternative service suppliers comprehensively,and used gray relational analysis grade method in MCE software to analyze and rank the five alternative service suppliers.Finally,the company could choose the top two logistics service suppliers to set up a long-term cooperative partnership.
