The Third Party Logistics Enterprise Investment Selection Problem Research For Logistics Park In Chuzhou

With the growing of economy, the third party logistics not only the strong support of the enterprise for rapid development, but also is an important factor of regional investment environment, so the local government pay more and more attention to develop the third-party logistics industry in order to improve the competitiveness of the investment environment and to do a good job of form a complete set of manufacturing industry development.In view of the third party logistics enterprise logistics park of ChuZhou merchants selection problem, Firstly, This paper based on the analysis of the current economic development of ChuZhou from the industrial structure, industry structure and regional structure, then analysis the situation of the third party logistics development of ChuZhou, and from strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats four aspects has carried on the SWOT analysis, finally present the different development strategy; Secondly, From the perspective of the government, built evaluation system based on four big attribute:operating conditions, the density of nodes, the degree of informationization, pay taxes, then realize the evaluation and selection of third party logistics enterprise based on SMAA-2 method. On this basis, according to modern logistics park of ChuZhou proposed 10 merchants third party logistics enterprise, make an empirical analysis, and give out the corresponding sorting result. The empirical results show that when it is difficult to give quantitative weight of different index, the above method can effective evaluate the third party logistics enterprise.
