Humanism is the starting point of human management, enterprise development goal is to meet the comprehensive needs of people and to promote the comprehensive development of people to achieve. If you want good managers in the enterprise employee recognition, attention, trust, we should let the staff work in process are met, this will be for business from good to great and dedication, so for employee job satisfaction study It has been the focus problem.Currently the banking sector is highly competitive, and the current era of competition is mainly talent competition in the banking heavy workload caused by frequent staff turnover is also not uncommon. Local commercial banks need to break local customers state-owned banks a strong brand awareness, so kept informed of job satisfaction are also thinking of the staff can take the initiative to understand the dynamic and effective way. And increase employee job satisfaction is an important way to improve employee motivation, employee satisfaction naturally led the customer to provide a higher quality of service, bringing potential benefits for the bank. In this paper, in order to make a more specific study, the subjects were locked in the local commercial banks and selected representative companies for further research.This study reviews the theoretical basis and related to job satisfaction, based on a lot at home and abroad about the job satisfaction survey research literature on the use of test tools according to our research job description index (JDI) were measured to Yanbian Rural Commercial Bank level employees for the survey,290 valid questionnaires from the work itself, the relationship between colleagues, remuneration, promotion mechanisms and superiors aspects of each question detailed analysis, and the use of integrated satisfaction measurement tool JIG whole entire measuring occupational experience. Purpose is to discover the specific problems of each test level occur, given the effectiveness of recommendations on specific issues.From the analysis results, Yanbian agricultural firms overall experience professional employees in general satisfactory condition. From each specific level, the lowest satisfaction with the current job promotion mechanisms. The problems are mainly employees can not get a sense of accomplishment from their work, the current work lacks creativity and play to then-talent space; employees can not get positive emotions from colleagues who work:company’s current pay system is not clear enough for the employees, openness is not strong:the work of the current promotion system can not give employees confidence in future career path is not clear; superiors could not give employees a clear positioning in the work likely to reflect individual preferences. For the above employee satisfaction survey problems, this paper gives five constructive comments, we hope to improve the future development of local commercial banks and the regulatory system to learn.
