People are the most active factor in productivity and the key to do everything well.At present,Yanbian Rural Commercial Bank is in a historical opportunity period of deepening reform and accelerating development.Strengthening the construction of talent team,improving the overall quality of cadres and employees of the whole bank,and building a middle managers' team that can be in a leading position in the current complex economic and financial environment and market competition are the intellectual guarantee for realizing the sustained,stable and rapid development of Yanbian Rural Commercial Bank.Yanbian Rural Commercial Bank,as a local commercial bank in Yanbian Prefecture,and as the main financial force supporting agriculture,undertakes the mission of promoting " three-level integration".With the increasingly fierce market competition at this stage,no matter from the perspective of social responsibility or from the perspective of the bank's own future development,it is necessary to continuously improve the quality and ability level of middle managers in order to realize continuous development in the future.The middle managers of Yanbian Rural Commercial Bank are not only the specific executors of the bank's strategy implementation,but also the key to the success or failure of the enterprise's strategy implementation.Based on a large number of investigations on Yanbian Rural Commercial Bank,this paper makes a detailed analysis and research on the current training management situation of middle managers in Yanbian Rural Commercial Bank,and finds out the existing problems in the training of middle managers.Through in-depth investigation and research on the human resources training theory and its evolution and development,combined with the development process of Yanbian Rural Commercial Bank,past successful experience and the bottleneck problems faced by the current bank development,From the perspective of future development,this paper comprehensively analyzes the main problems in the training of middle managers of Yanbian Rural Commercial Bank,and then finds out the causes of these problems.After analyzing the training needs,through the determination of teacher allocation,training forms,curriculum content,etc.,it finally designs a set of targeted and operable training programs for middle managers of Yanbian Rural Commercial Bank around the development strategy requirements of Yanbian Rural Commercial Bank in the next ten years,and evaluates the training effects through Kirkpatrick's four-level evaluation method after the implementation of the training.These problems existing in the training of middle managers of Yanbian Rural Commercial Bank not only reflect their individual characteristics,but also reflect the common problems existing in local commercial banks in our country.These problems make the training effect not obvious,the return on investment is low,the resources are wasted,and hinder the rapid development of enterprises in the future.The author of this article has worked in Yanbian Rural Commercial Bank for nearly ten years,and has gone through the process of transformation from Yanbian Rural Cooperative Bank to Yanbian Rural Commercial Bank.In recent years,Yanbian Rural Commercial Bank is also constantly exploring system reform and institutional adjustment to cope with the changing market environment.The development direction of these strategies will affect the direction of future training.This article has certain practical significance for the research of training programs for middle managers of Yanbian Rural Commercial Bank.At the same time,the author hopes that the research results of this paper can play a certain reference role in theory or practice for the development of Yanbian Rural Commercial Bank and local commercial banks.
