With the continuous advancement of China's financial reform,the competition in the financial service market under the market economy environment is becoming increasingly fierce.In particular,under the new normal of the economy,all commercial Banks participating in market competition are facing severe challenges.This requires the main body of commercial Banks to actively improve their own production capacity on the one hand,but also to strengthen the internal organization and management of commercial Banks on the other hand.Especially for the development of modern commercial Banks,a good human resource management system is an important basis to ensure the smooth development of their banking business,and employee satisfaction is an indispensable part of a sound human resource management system.For modern commercial Banks,employee satisfaction is part of the internal human resource management system of the bank,and it is also one of the indicators to measure the effectiveness of human resource management of modern commercial Banks,and it is also an important basis to build a sound internal talent management team.Employees' satisfaction with the bank will directly affect their working mood and attitude,which in turn will have a direct impact on their work service quality.Therefore,only by making efforts to improve the satisfaction of employees in the bank,can the work enthusiasm and initiative of bank employees be better protected,so that they can provide high-quality and efficient services in the work,and finally the bank can obtain the satisfaction of customers and other investors.For the rural commercial Banks,which have a relatively late development and start,although employee satisfaction is the core content of improving the internal employee relationship management of the Banks,the current employee satisfaction survey situation of many rural commercial Banks is not ideal.Through the survey,it is found that the staff of rural commercial Banks in some areas are affected by salary treatment,staff promotion and other issues,which affect the staff's satisfaction with the bank work.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the investigation and research on the employee satisfaction of commercial Banks.Taking the example of jiangzhou rural commercial bank,the research object of the text,the employee satisfaction of the bank is not very ideal.The main reason is that a series of system construction supporting staff development in jiangzhou rural commercial bank is not perfect enough,which affects the improvement of staff's working enthusiasm.This paper focuses onthe investigation and analysis of the status quo and problems of employee satisfaction in jiangzhou rural commercial bank.Specifically,the main content of this paper is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly analyzes the research background,research significance,literature review,research methods,etc.The second chapter is the basic concept of employee satisfaction and related theoretical basis.The third chapter is a questionnaire survey on employee job satisfaction of jiangzhou rural commercial bank.The fourth chapter analyzes the research results and the key factors affecting the improvement of employee job satisfaction.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures to improve the employee job satisfaction of jiangzhou rural commercial bank.The last chapter is the conclusion.
