Research On Regional Subject Innovation Ability Construction

China’s economic and social development is about to enter the "13th Five-Year", discussion on the development of innovation-driven is just unfolding. As the innovation mainstream mode, regional innovation has achieved great progress, and has become the main trend of the future. This research focuses on regional innovation ability based on sample selection of high-tech enterprises in Suzhou, discussing from the perspective of enterprise innovation ability construction, and end up with some feasible advices for the construction project.Firstly, this paper defines the concept of regional innovation subject, starting from the analysis of the existing theory, combined with the practical experience of the Chinese representative regional innovation subjects, established the important position of the enterprise as regional innovation subject; secondly, based on the statistical data of Suzhou local industry and economic development, multi-level and multi angle analysis of Suzhou innovation economy in the "new normal stage", which highlights the significance of innovation driven development for Suzhou’s economy and society; then select the typical sample of high-tech enterprises in Suzhou, from the existing experience of benchmarking enterprise innovation, to research the whole sample analysis, and the main factors influencing the enterprise innovation ability construction; finally, according to the analysis of the investigation, put forward the proposal and the plan by the five aspects as: improvement of basic conditions, optimization the structure of innovation input, guarantee innovation output and results, cooperation with innovative external conditions and construction innovative enterprise culture.
