Study On The Enterprise's Technological Innovation Ability, Basing On The Regional Innovation Network

Under the background of knowledge-based economy, enterprise's technological innovation has aroused the widespread interest. The dissertation tries to study enterprise's technological innovation ability from the angle of regional innovation network (RIN). On the one side,according to the theory of regional innovation network(RIN) and technological innovation, the dissertation discussed the mechanism between regional innovation network(RIN) and enterprise's technological innovation, which includes direct and indirect innovation conduction path. The direct path means the effect which is regional innovation network (RIN) directly influences the enterprise's technological innovation. The indirect path means: through knowledge spillover effect and financing ability, regional innovation network (RIN) can influence the enterprise's technological innovation. On the other hand, we have drawn up the questionnaire which is about the souse of enterprise introduction, strength of ties, scale of network, centrality degree, knowledge spillover effect, financing ability and enterprise's technological innovation ability. After using the structural equation models to analysis the result, we have got these conclusions: (1) regional innovation network, with dimensions of strength of ties, scale of network and centrality degree, has a positive impact on enterprise's technological innovation. (2) Through financing ability, regional innovation network and knowledge spillover effect can influence the enterprise's technological innovation. At last, the dissertation introduces the practical measures how to improve the enterprise's technological innovation, which includes optimizing the structure of regional innovation network (RIN); strengthening the intellectual property protection; establishing the consummate financing system.
