The role of intellectual capital in economic development is more important in today’s increasingly competitive society, the behavior of individual employees in your organization’s environment is influenced by the organizational environment, and therefore it is an important research subject to study the effect of intellectual capital on employee job performance from two aspects:organization and individual.Intellectual capital refers to knowledge, experience and information and other intelligence material, which can be used to create wealth, depending on the subject, it can be divided into two categories, including organizational intellectual capital and Individual intellectual capital, thereinto, the organizational intellectual capital is owned by the organization able to enterprises to create value the sum of intelligence material, including organizational system, culture, employee relations, market conditions, etc; individual intellectual capital consist of the knowledge, experience, skills which is owned by employees. Currently, many scholars have explored the relationship between organizational intellectual capital and corporate performance from the organizational level,and few of them explore the relationship between individual intellectual capital and employee job performance from the individual level, In addition, the behavior of individual employees in your organization’s environment is constrained by organizational system, culture, employee relations, market conditions and other aspects, In the study between individual intellectual capital and employee job performance, there is less consideration of the impact of the organizational level, this paper from the two levels of the organization and the individual, verify the directly affects of individual intellectual capital to employee job performance, and the regulating effect of organization intellectual capital between the individual intellectual capital and employee job performance. The main work and results are as follows.First, Summary the research of previous scholars on the individual intellectual capital, organization intellectual capital and employee job performance through reading a lot of domestic and foreign relevant literature. Second, field visits China Life Insurance Company, New China Life Insurance Company, Ping An Life Insurance Company and other insurance companies employees, and though adding the relevant insurance practitioners exchange group,some advices about the relationship among the organizational intellectual capital, individual intellectual capital and employee job performance is got. Finally, combined with access to literature data and field investigation results, the dimensions of individual intellectual capital,organizational intellectual capital,and employee job performance is determined. And the relational model of organizational intellectual capital, individual intellectual capital,and employee job performance is built.and the regulation of organizational intellectual capital between individual intellectual capital and employee job performance can be verified.Then, the research hypothes is proposed,and the scale is designed, through questionnaire survey of employees of insurance companies in Xi’an, the collection of the survey datas, and the analysis of the data through SPSS19.0,the hypothesis that put forward can be verified. The results show that each respect of the individual intelligence capital has significantly positive effect on employee task performance,the individual customer relationship has a significant positive effect on employee relationship performance; Each respect of organization intellectual capital has a significantly positive influence on each respect of employee job performance. Relational organization intellectual capital and market-oriented organizational intellectual capital play a significantly regulatory role between each respect of individual intellectual capital and each respect of employee job performance.
