(hereinafter referred to SJWJ) as the research object, try for the construction project manager competency quality model and the application of this model in Shaanxi five companies of project manager selection, performance appraisal, training and other human resource management, selection, training excellent project manager to ensure the completion of the project of high efficiency and high quality.At first, the paper analyzed the Shaanxi the quantity and quality of the five construction company project manager and the project manager the current situation; according to Shaanxi Wujian company project manager working in the face of difficulties, combined with existing research results, using behavioral event interview method and questionnaire method. This study aimed at by constructing Shaanxi Wujian company project manager competency quality model and improve the problems existing in the management of project manager, project management norms, continue to stimulate their motivation to work, and strive to do construction safety management in place.
