Along with our social economic formation has become increasingly diversified, the way of enterprise employee has gradually realize flexible. In the Labor Contract Law to establish contract labor, dispatch labors, part-time labors become three main forms of labor relations exist in our country, but there is no denying that informal employment has become a current and important way of employment in our country. Correspondingly, the number of employees are also increasing and the problems of resulting informal employee labor relations management, has become one of the attentions.At present, for regular employees and informal employees "dual system" form of labor relationship building, research on labor relations management focus on the adjustment of the employment form, while the combination of research on transformation in the evolution of the informal employee labor relations management and alienation is relatively insufficient.
