A electric power company is a enterprises under control by Chengdu electric power company, A company has discussed labor relations in enterprises and staff development plan since 2013. The enterprise labor relations stability and harmony are important part of enterprise development and enterprise management, With positive and effective management, the management of enterprise staff team could establish harmonious labor relations, so that we can gain the fundamental guarantee of the enterprise labor relations stability,This paper starts from the management of labor relations in enterprises, At the first, studies the current basic theories and requirements of labor relations management in enterprises, then introduces the basic definition of the labor relations. Meanwhile introduces some related of China’s change from the interests of a type of labor relations to benefit coordination transformation type of labor relation, and also tells the main content of management of enterprise labor relations aspect from the occupation of labor protection, employee benefits, harmonious labor the relationship between the construction of elaborated.This article from the labor relations aspects of management, combined with theoretical knowledge of labor relations in the city’s electricity business analysis and research, starting from the problems and contradictions exist in reality, based on the development of strategic business objectives, based on the employee’s fundamental interests, on how to improve and perfect the corporate labor relations, building a harmonious working environment of the enterprise, a stable state of labor relations, made customized solutions and ideas.I try to focus on the analysis of the current situation of A electric power company labor relations management and existing problems, and through the questionnaire survey on related factors of company labor relationship are analyzed, I try to discuss how to combine these theories to improve and strengthen the labor relations management of the enterprise, and make deep research. And put forward some proposals and countermeasures are the construction of the existing problems of labor relations, so as to continuously enhance the company management level, push forward the harmonious labor relations and harmonious enterprise construction.
