Business people play a very important role in the pharmaceutical company’s distribution activities, only to develop an efficient performance appraisal system in order to give full play to the efficiency and results of business people, to ensure perfect, sustained sales growth, the timely return of funds of the company and other sources problem. Formulate sound scientific performance of opening and closing system, allows business people more clearly its working direction and goals, and guide them to overcome the difficulties encountered in the work to improve the effectiveness of efficiency and enthusiasm to promote the completion of the company’s distribution tasks, ensure the company’s financial security.In this paper, AA pharmaceutical companies as the background, the research-based pharmaceutical company to build a business KPI performance appraisal system. First introduced AA pharmaceutical company’s current business model and operating conditions, describing the current situation and management of working conditions for business people, and now the performance appraisal methods and problems. Then a systematic analysis and empirical research theory combining of KPI, BSC and benchmarking theory and other theories are described in detail to the real questionnaire as the basis, with reference to industry leaders appraisal program, drawing on BSC and KPI ideas AA pharmaceutical companies to build business staff performance appraisal system, to further improve the protection mechanism and finally pharmaceutical companies business appraisal system to ensure the smooth implementation of the performance appraisal system.Thesis research process, using a combination of document analysis, questionnaire, staff interviews and other methods, combined with AA pharmaceutical company business personnel to the actual situation, to design and build the sales staff performance appraisal system, to the program of strategic development AA pharmaceutical companies to contribute, as well as study of the performance appraisal system of pharmaceutical companies to provide business people new ideas.
