At present, the importance of human resources for Chinese companies increasingly high, has risen as a strategic resource. Human resources gradually become the core competitiveness of enterprises, and competition among enterprises talent is very fierce. For even more so in terms of logistics enterprises. At present, China’s express delivery logistics enterprises in a stage of rapid development, how employees effective performance management becomes particularly important. SHF Group is China’s largest express logistics company, to carry out domestic and international business.
