With the constant improvement of the economic globalization and financial integration, banks begin to pay attention to human resource management and consider people as the key factor for enterprise development. As the core content of human resource management, performance assessment plays an important role in promoting enterprise development and increasing employee performance. Facing the changing external environment, how can H bank find the breakthrough point of junior staff’s performance assessment development to meet the needs of the future competition? It is the primary problem of H bank at present. Based on the current situation of performance assessment development in H bank, this article utilizes the modern theory of performance assessment to reveal the problems of H bank’s performance assessment. Through the comprehensive analysis of junior staff’s performance assessment problems in H Banks, this article proposes some suggestions and implementation measures to improve the H bank’s performance management. It will play a positive role in the H bank’s human resources management and construction, and remain H bank invincible in the market competition in the future.
