Study On The Situation Of Management And Countermeasure Of Pastoralist Professional Cooperatives For X County In Hulun Buir

"Cooperative" is a common economic model in the world, and an important part of the development of economy in agricultural and pastoral areas under market economy conditions. Developing pastoralist’s professional cooperatives is the main method to promote the social management in pastoral areas, which is necessary to alleviate the problems of pastoral areas, animal husbandry and pastoralists, and to build a new socialist pastoral areas and a moderately prosperous society. Pastoralist’s cooperatives are new things, and there are many kinds of herdsmen union operation, livestock associations, pastoralist’s production cooperatives. As an important mean of pastoral social management, pastoralist’s professional cooperatives are inevitable choice to promote sustainable development in pastoral areas and maintain social stability in ethnic minority areas. The development of pastoralist’s professional cooperatives not only directly influences the survival and development of grassland animal husbandry, but also has an inevitable and deep influence on the improvement of pastoralist’s living standards, the protection and heritage of national culture, even the ecological protection of our country as well as the long-term stability and harmony between the mainland and the frontier minority areas. Therefore, it has far-reaching objectives and significance to know the current truest management status of pastoralist’.s cooperatives, and how to make it run better, then come up with measures according to the problems.At present, the development of pastoralist’s cooperatives in different regions of Inner Mongolian needs to change the state that there are a large number of cooperatives and the management is worrying. Taking pastoralist’s professional cooperatives in Hulun Buir City of Inner Mongolia as the study subject and X County where is one of the four Counties in Hulun Buir City of Inner Mongolia as the research base. Based on the relevant documents and field research, this paper finds out the situations of running hard and the problems of management about the pastoralist’s professional cooperatives, analyzes the causes and puts forward on the suggestions, specifically aimed at improving pastoralists cooperatives management in X County, Hulun Buir City.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction, describing the research background, significance of the subject, the relevant research content, methods and status of home and abroad. The second part is the field investigation in Inner Mongolian pastoralist’s cooperatives and the basic facts of the related data. The third part analyzes the current situation of pastoralist’s cooperatives management in X County and points out the management problems of pastoralist’s cooperatives of them. Considering the problems, the fourth part proposes complete suggestions of pastoralist’s cooperatives management mechanism in X County. The fifth part is the conclusion. It is a brief summary of the pastoralist’s cooperatives management, meanwhile pointing out the limitations or deficiencies of this research and presenting a future prospect of pastoralist’s cooperatives in Inner Mongolia.
