The Research On The Improvement Of Zoomlion’s Service Engineer Training System

After enter ing the 21 th cent ur y, the wor ld economic becomes globalize and t he market environme nt a lways cha nging. Relying so le ly on sca le has been unab le to ma intain t he sustainab le deve lopme nt of enterpr ise. In this era of rapid developme nt and fierce co mpetit io n, high qua lit y service is a magic weapon for enterprise to win which is different in ho mogeneous compet it ion. So researching and establishing a scient ific, reasonable service training system suitable for the developme nt of the enterprise has important practical significance.Service training s ystem w ith t hree line(profess iona l qua lity line, leadership a nd mana ge ment line, professio na l skills line) has been set up in Zoomlio n. The old centra lized training model and the too slow updating tra ining course has been unable to meet the needs of develop ment of e nterprise whose sales service team number is in rapid growt h, contrarily, staff growth is too slow to meet custo mer dema nd. Meanw hile, no detailed ma nage ment and forma l assessment makes experie nce can not be shared and the staff can not be effect ive encoura ged. Under the guidance of training syste m a nd LPI theroy,the aut hor makes the Zoomlion’s ser vice engineer as research object,and puts forward the service tra ining syste m based on Learning Path fro m the follow ing aspect : princ iples and object ives of t he training s ystem,tra ining resources deve lopment,tra in ing operatio n design.In order to keep stab le and orderly operation of t he training syste m,t he author supple ments the imp le mentat io n of security measures.The core of t his paper is to increase speed of competence,keep stabable service skills,improve t he service sat is faction b y comb ining the LPI and exist ing tra ining system.Some ideas, ways and means in this paper will pla y an important role to improve the training system and the training management work.
