| Rapid and stable development of the Mobile Internet provides a favorable opportunity for the rise of the Application industry, especially, which is good for the development of the Sport Event Comprehensive Information Applications industry. Hupu was established in 2004, famous for basketball forum. After 8 years of hard work, it launched many Apps in 2012, such as Hupu App, Hupu Live App and so on. The majority of sport fans and some super stars both love this kind of Apps. The main features of Hupu are the extended development based on the sport events contents and the text broadcasts, however, the competitors still compete for the sports events rights. When sport fans watch the events, nearly they can get the all-technical datum about any players because of the powerful database of Hupu. Therefore, they have good user experience.This paper presents the business model of Hupu-App as the study object. Based on the literature review, the paper decides to choose the business model, which was created by Osterwalder to analyze the business model of Hupu-App. According to this model, a evaluation system was established. Then, index weights were given via Analytic Hierarchy Process. For quantitative indexes, the score were given through questionnaire. For quantitative index, the score were given through Fuzzy Membership Function. Based on the scores, the paper gives the advice to Hupu-App.This paper includes six parts altogether. The first is the preface, mainly explain the research background, purpose, meaning of the thesis and content. The second part is literatures review of business models and the relevant research of the evaluation of business models of Apps. The third part is research object and method. The fourth is building the business model evaluation system of Apps of sport events comprehensive information. The fifth part is the empirical research on business model evaluation of Hupu-App. The sixth part is conclusion and suggestionsConclusions: As a media platform of sport events comprehensive information, Hupu-APP connects the online customers and offline resources. But, there is no profit yet. However, we could make some changes in the business models according to priority of evaluation indexes. In the evaluation system of sport events comprehensive information Apps business model, the usability of App, the user awareness, the user scale and the mode of consumption are all of the same importance. And then,to the business model of Hupu-App, which should take priority of these indexes: the App characteristics, user awareness, the user scale and the mode of consumption.Suggestions: Hupu could strengthen the uniqueness of App, provide more kinds of sport events information. Then through improving the mobile technology and the user experience of multi-screen interaction to develop a friendly customer relationship. At last, to learn well of the mode of consumption about users and achieve profitability are both significant. |
